Dairy Product Markets AdvanceWASHINGTON - Jun 13/08 - SNS -- Dairy product markets in the United States finished the week ending June 7 with across the board increases, according to today's USDA report on the sector. Cheddar Cheese prices realized for US 40 pound Blocks averaged $2.16 per pound. The price per pound increased 9.1 cents versus the previous week. The price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted to 38% moisture averaged $2.22 per pound, up 7.8 cents compared to the previous week. Butter prices paid for 25 kilogram and 68 pound boxes meeting USDA Grade AA standards averaged $1.47 per pound. The U.S. price per pound advanced $1.47 compared to last week. Nonfat Dry Milk prices realized for bag, tote and tanker sales meeting USDA Extra Grade or USPH Grade A standards averaged $1.36 per pound.
