Few Changes in Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Jun 6/08 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets were little changed in quiet trading during the past week, with oil-type sunflower markets continuing to follow prices for major oilseeds.
By contrast, confectionary sunflower markets were mostly unchanged in limited trade for both current and new crop delivery positions.
White proso millet growers bids in the United States continue to range up to U.S. $11.75 per 100 pounds (cwt) for farmers dressed product and inter-dealer markets to a nominal $12.25 cwt.
