India Tenders for Yellow Peas
VANCOUVER - Jun 3/08 - SNS -- India's MMTC Ltd. will tender June 10 to buy 59,000 metric tons (MT) of pulses packed in bulk, bags or loose in containers for delivery between June and November.
The tender is for 4,000 MT of Fair Average Quality (FAQ) Pigeon Peas (Arhar/Toor) for June-July shipment; 35,000 MT of Canadian or U.S. origin yellow peas for September through November shipment; and 20,000 MT of French or Ukrainian origin yellow peas for shipment in July and August.
