CGC Reports Improved April ExportsWINNIPEG - Jun 2/08 - SNS -- The Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) reports field exports in April totalled 69,000 metric tons (MT) through licensed terminal facilities, which are required to report to it all grain movement. The CGC exports are down from the 159,300 MT shipped the same month last year and down from the 109,800 MT shipped the previous month. The CGC reports field pea exports so far during the 2007-08 crop year total 1,427,300 MT, up from 1,271,900 during the same period of the 2006-07 marketing year.
