Birdseeds Little Changed
VANCOUVER - May 24/08 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets were little changed in light trade during the past week.
White proso millet seed markets finished the week unchanged in the United States.
Confectionary sunflower seed markets were also unchanged, with new crop premiums remaining in place. By contrast, new crop grower bids for oil-type sunflower seed are modestly discounted to spot markets. Even so, both values were up on the week , helped by moderate strength in soybean and canola markets.
