Malaysian Palm Oil Output Up in MarchWASHINGTON - May 5/08 - SNS -- Crude palm oil (CPO) production increased 5.5% to 1.3 million metric tons (MT) in March, according to the Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB). Output in Peninsular Malaysia rose 7.8% while East Malaysia's production increased by 2.1%. Compared to March 2007, output during March 2008 was 20% higher.
