Mixed Week In Lentils MarketsVANCOUVER - Apr 18/08 - SNS -- The world's lentil market finished the week mixed against moderate trading activity. Efforts by primary processors to turn inventory into cash at a time of reluctant end user buying forced markets for some classes lower during the week. Pressure was evident in export markets for No 2 large green or Laird type lentils, with trades reported at U.S. $970 per metric ton (MT) CIF South American ports, down from $1080 earlier in the month.
