Mixed Week For Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Apr 11/08 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets registered a mixed performance during the past week.
While Canadian canaryseed and U.S. confectionary sunflower seed markets were unchanged at the grower level, white proso millet had a weak undertone.
Bids continue to range up to U.S. 12.5 cents per pound for farmers dressed product delivered elevators and processing plants in the U.S. midwest.
