Estimated composite cutout value of Choice 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses up 0.13 at 140.77; Select 1-3 600-900 lbs carcasses dn 0.20 at 139.43; based on 150.90 loads of Choice cuts, 87.94 loads of Select cuts, 39.63 loads of Trimmings, and 70.97 loads of coarse ground trimmings.
