Lentils Weaken In Short Trading WeekVANCOUVER - Mar 21/08 - SNS -- Lentil markets finished the holiday shortened trading week on a weaker note, with Canadian markets dropping on grower, inter-dealer, and export markets. The only class of Canadian lentil able to hold its value during the week were small green or Eston-type lentils; while markets in the United States were generally firmer in the face of ongoing USDA demand for product for shipment as food aid.
