USDA Tenders for 2,500 MT Peas
KANSAS CITY - Mar 19/08 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here is seeking offers of 2,500 metric tons (MT) of whole and/or split yellow peas for prepositioning at U.S. Gulf ports for later shipment as food aid.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 038C, the USDA is buying the peas packed in 50 kg bags for shipment between April 7 and April 21.
