Lentil Finish Week on SDtrong NoteVANCOUVER - Feb 29/08 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week on a strong note, with supplies available to markets remaining behind potential short term demand. Canadian large and medium green lentils established new record high values to the grower during the week for both No 1 and No 2 grade farmers dressed product delivered western Canadian processing plants. Small and French green lentils remain below their historic highs. Small green lentil values could still set new record this season, especially as demand returns during the last four months of the marketing year.
