Lentils Finish on Bullish NoteVANCOUVER - Feb 15/08 - SNS -- North American lentil markets finished the week's trading on a bullish note against tightening stocks and little relaxation in indicated demand. South America is starting to enter a key demand period, with importers indicating little surprise over current trading levels. Regional packagers and importers believe lentils are maintaining their competitive relationship with other food ingredients, suggesting prices are not high enough to ration demand.
