Viterra Buys Sunrise Feeds
REGINA - Feb 14/08 - SNS -- Viterra's wholly owned Unifeed Hi-Pro Inc. subsidiary is buying Sunrise Feed, LLC of Cheyenne and Elk City, Oklahoma.
Sunrise Feed manufactures and sells beef, horse and other animal feed and pasture supplements into the rancher market.
The acquisition of Sunrise Feeds includes a feed mill with 100,000 tons per year capacity and a retail outlet in both Cheyenne and Elk City.
The transaction is subject to normal closing conditions and expected to close March 3, 2008.
