French Field Pea Exports Remain Low
VANCOUVER - Feb 11/08 - SNS -- Field pea exports from France remained relatively low during December, rising 560 metric tons (MT) from month earlier levels but sinking 57% below the volume exported last year.
Data from the Union Nationale Interprofessionnelle des Plantes Riches en Proteines (UNIP) revealed exporters shipped 7,670 MT of peas in December, down from 7,110 MT in November and down from the 17,900 MT of field peas shipped the same month last year.
