U.S. Dairy Product Inventories Rise
WASHINGTON - Jan 22/08 - SNS -- Stocks of dairy products rose in December, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage.
Supplies of butter rose 22 million pounds from the previous month to 155.6 million pounds, up 43% from a year ago.
Stocks of cheese inched up 1% during the month to around 794.9 million pounds, down 3% from the previous year.
