U.S. Frozen Fruit Supplies DeclineWASHINGTON - Jan 22/08 - SNS -- Frozen fruit supplies dropped 74 million pounds in December to finish the month at almost 1220 million pounds, up 7% from the previous year, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage. Inventories of frozen juice rose 9% from the previous year and were 15% higher than the previous month at 1,076 million pounds. Fresh apples stocks finished the month at 4,701 million pounds, down 1% from last year, and down from 5,408 million pounds the previous month.
