Lentils Remain FirmVANCOUVER - Jan 18/08 - SNS -- North American lentil markets were little changed against seasonally moderate trading activity during the past week. Disappearance levels for Canadian lentils remain brisk, with an estimated 40% of this season's projected exports leaving the country between August and November. This compares to 24.5% during the same four month period last year and the recent five-year average of 25.3% of all lentils having been shipped during the opening third of the marketing year.
