New Record Bids in Canadian PeasVANCOUVER - Jan 18/08 - SNS -- Canadian field pea markets established new record highs at the grower level for both whole yellow and green peas during the week. Green peas broke through the psychologically important CDN $10 per bushel or $367 per metric ton (MT) for farmers dressed product delivered interior processing plants.
