Dairy Product Markets Mostly WeakerWASHINGTON - Jan 11/08 - SNS -- Dairy product markets in the United States were mainly weaker during the seven days ending January 5, according to today's USDA report on the sector. Cheddar Cheese prices realized for US 40 pound Blocks averaged $1.98 per pound. The price per pound advanced $1.98 from the previous week. The price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted to 38% moisture averaged $1.99 per pound, down 2.8 cents from last week.
