Eggs Use Jumps in OctoberWASHINGTON - Dec 7/07 - SNS -- Eggs use by food manufacturers in the United States was up 7% over last year in October, and up 10% on the month at 181 million dozen, reports the USDA. During calendar year 2007 through October, shell eggs broken totaled 1.68 billion dozen, down 1% from the comparable period in 2006.
