DES MOINES - Dec 5/07 - SNS -- Bi-weekly USDA report on organic grain and feedstuffs prices in the U.S. upper midwest.

Upper Midwest Organic Grain & Feedstuffs Report (Bi-Weekly)
Weighted Average Report for Week Ending 12/01/2007

Organic grain and feedstuff prices steady compared to two weeks
ago.  Coarse grain prices steady on moderate offerings and moderate demand.
Soybeans steady on light offerings and good demand.  Small grains not well
established, on very light trading.  Alfalfa hay
steady on good demand.  There was moderate demand on light offerings
for feedstuffs this week.  Producers looking for prices, but do not
seem interested in moving much grain.  Buyers and rocessors are
looking for commodities.  Reports of mostly contracted grain moving
at this time, as farmers wait for the new year to make sales.

FOB the farm and negotiated spot market.
