U.S. Processors Thankful
VANCOUVER - Nov 23/07 - SNS -- Field pea processors in the United States could not be more thankful as this year's Thanksgiving Day long weekend got underway in that country.
In the days leading up the holiday the USDA issued three PL-480 food aid tenders, seeking offers on 11,640 metric tons (MT) of whole and split peas for movement from origin in January.
