Mixed Finish For LentilsVANCOUVER - Nov 23/07 - SNS -- North American lentil markets posted a mixed finish under relatively light trading conditions because of a short trading week. Markets in the United States were effectively closed the last half of the week because of the Thanksgiving Day holiday. Even so, markets in that country were strong in the face of ongoing USDA PL-480 food aid demand and tightening stocks. In Canada, the dollar remained a significant factor in setting prices for product from that origin.
