Strong Close on Birdseed MarketsVANCOUVER - Nov 23/07 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets finished the week's trading on a strong note, led higher by Canadian canaryseed. White proso millet markets in the United States were nominally unchanged at U.S. $9.75 per 100 pounds (cwt) on inter-dealer markets; while confectionary sunflower grower bids were unchanged at $27 cwt for larges and $19 for smalls. New crop bids were $3 higher for larges but unchanged for smalls. Oil type sunflower markets were firmer in North Dakota, but unchanged in Kansas.'
