Dairy Product Markets Generally WeakerWASHINGTON - Nov 9/07 - SNS -- Dairy product markets in the United States were mostly down over the week finishing November 3, reveals today's USDA update. Cheddar Cheese prices paid for US 40 pound Blocks averaged $1.87 per pound. The price per pound fell 0.6 cents compared to the previous week. The price for US 500 pound Barrels adjusted to 38% moisture averaged $1.91 per pound, up 0.7 cents compared to the previous week.
