Australian Livestock Auction Action RisesSYDNEY - Nov 9/07 - SNS -- Livestock sold through online auctions managed by AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd rebounded during the past week on a general increase in offerings. Throughput for the week totalled 30,100 sheep and lambs, versus 17,559 head during the previous week's auctions, and 3,454 head of cattle, compared to 2,411 last week. "Today’s sales showed improvements in all categories though the rise in steer prices was head and shoulders above the rest," AuctionsPlus's Dean Lemmich said.
