Egg Use Slips in U.S.WASHINGTON - Nov 7/07 - SNS -- The quantity of eggs used by food manufacturers slipped 1% from last year and 11% from last month to 165 million dozen during September, according to the USDA. During calendar year 2007 through September, shell eggs broken totaled 1.50 billion dozen, down 2% from the comparable period in 2006.
