Canada's Weekly Exports Total 724,600 MTWINNIPEG - Oct 11/07 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 5,509,800 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 476,600 MT from the 5,986,400 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending October 7. Grower deliveries during the week included 283,100 MT of wheat; 98,300 MT of durum; 85,500 MT of oats; 168,900 MT of barley; 21,800 MT of flax; 221,600 MT of canola; 44,100 MT of peas; and 300 MT of corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 724,600 MT. On the grain side this included including 240,900 MT of wheat; 79,100 MT of durum; 37,300 MT of oats; 84,400 MT of barley; and no corn.
