Canada's Weekly Exports Total 568,000 MTWINNIPEG - Oct 5/07 - STAT -- Export clearances of all grains and oilseeds shipped from Canada total 4,785,200 metric tons (MT) so far this marketing year down 516,700 MT from the 5,301,900 moved last year. The latest report from the Canadian Grain Commission (CGC) summarized weekly product movement through licensed primary and terminal elevator facilities for the week ending September 30. Grower deliveries during the week included 215,800 MT of wheat; 69,200 MT of durum; 80,000 MT of oats; 157,400 MT of barley; 13,800 MT of flax; 214,300 MT of canola; 36,300 MT of peas; and 600 MT of corn. The CGC pegged total exports during the week at 568,000 MT. On the grain side this included including 301,800 MT of wheat; 10,300 MT of durum; 50,850 MT of oats; 32,400 MT of barley; and no corn.
