USDA Tenders for 3,570 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Oct 3/07 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here is seeking offers of 3,570 metric tons (MT) of pulses for shipment as food aid.
Dry edible beans replaced peas as the dominant commodity sought by the USDA, accounting for 3,040 MT of the total, while the USDA is seeking 530 MT of yellow split peas.
