Mixed Finish For Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - Sep 14/07 - SNS -- North American birdseed ingredient markets continued to post a mixed performance against relatively light trade.
While markets for white proso millet from the United States continued to ease on both grower and inter-dealer markets, confection sunflower and Canadian canaryseed continued to strengthen.
The market looks fundamentally firm and growers are proving to be unusually reluctant sellers.
