Egg Usage Levels Drop in JulyWASHINGTON - Sep 7/07 - SNS -- The quantity of eggs used by food manufacturers in the United States declined 3% from month and year earlier levels to 166 million dozen during July 2007, according to the USDA. During calendar year 2007 through July, shell eggs broken totaled 1.15 billion dozen, down 3% from the comparable period in 2006.
