United States Cranberry Bean Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 6/07 - STAT -- United States Cranberry Bean markets finished the 2006-07 marketing year with prices offered to growers soaring 19% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Cranberry Bean was USD$32.13 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $26.97 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $34.25 per cwt in November, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $22.40 per cwt in September.
