United States California 9mm Chickpeas Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 6/07 - STAT -- United States California 9mm Chickpeas markets finished the 2006-07 marketing year with prices offered to growers slipping 3% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for California 9mm Chickpeas was USD$31.23 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $32.21 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $32.50 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $30.00 per cwt in December.
