USDA Buys 7,200 MT Pulses
KANSAS CITY - Aug 29/07 - SNS -- The USDA's Commodity Credit Corporation office here confirmed the purchase of 7,200 metric tons (MT) of pulses for shipment as food aid.
Under terms of USDA PL-480 food aid tender invitation 087A, the peas were bought packed in 50 kg bags for shipment from interior plants between September 16 and 30 or from plants located at port between October 1 and 15.
