Fresh and Frozen Fruit Inventories on UpswingWASHINGTON - Aug 22/07 - SNS -- Frozen fruit supplies jumped 23% during July to finish the month at almost 1183.7 million pounds, up 12% from the previous year, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage. Inventories of frozen juice fell 5% from the previous year and were 4% lower than the previous month at 1,209 million pounds. Fresh apples stocks finished the month at 359 million pounds, up 25% from last year, and down 44% from the previous month.
