Few Changes in BeansVANCOUVER - Aug 10/07 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets were little changed in light trade during the past week, though export selling interest is showing some improvement for some classes of beans in the United States. North America's spot market index for dry edible beans finished the week at 1020, up two points from the previous week; while the grower index finished unchanged at 875. The USDA's crop production estimates contained few surprises, outside a larger than expected seeded area for blackeye cowpeas in Texas.
