Chickpeas Unchanged in Quiet Trade
VANCOUVER - Aug 3/07 - SNS -- International chickpea markets remain essentially unchanged under light trading interest.
High prices are discouraging end users from buying on anything other than a hand to mouth basis; while processors and exporters appear similarly unwilling to build long positions. Even so, grower seeding appears to be closely matching the needs of the market.
