Mixed Finish For BirdseedsVANCOUVER - Jul 21/07 - SNS -- Birdseed ingredient markets posted a mixed finish for the week, with Canadian canaryseed easing in the face of slack demand and U.S. markets finishing unchanged to firmer. European importers have shown little willingness to chase new crop canaryseed markets in North America. Supplies of new crop canaryseed from central European suppliers is relatively limited, but it is playing an important role in setting new crop price expectations among importers.
