Australian Livestock Auction Action RisesSYDNEY - Jul 21/07 - SNS -- Livestock sold through online auctions managed by AuctionsPlus Pty Ltd fell rose the past week on improved cattle and sheep offerings. Throughput for the week totalled 24,043 sheep and lambs, versus 21,785 head during the previous week's auctions, and 2,929 head of cattle, compared to 2,864 last week. Markets throughout reported fluctuating fortunes, the major problem at present being that buyers’ requirements are difficult to meet," AuctionsPlus's Dean Lemmich said.
