Firm Tone in BeansVANCOUVER - Jul 6/07 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets maintained a relatively firms tone through the past week, helped by worries about bean crops in parts of the U.S. growing area. Unusual weather patterns were noted in parts of the United States the past week, with some areas reporting unusually high temperatures and others localized flooding from severe rainfall events. Forecasters are looking for continued wide variability across the U.S., with midwest looking at below normal temperatures, while the west coast experiences above normal.
