Australia Dominates World Lupin MarketSYDNEY - Jun 25/07 - SNS -- Australia remains the world most important lupin producer, accounting for 85% of the global crop during the past decade, clearly out pacing production from competitors such as Belarus, Chile, the European Union and the Russian Federation. A fraction of lupin produced each year are destined for human consumption markets. Most, however, are used as livestock feed by the cattle, pigs, poultry and aquaculture industries.
