Weekly Canadian Crush Jumps
WINNIPEG - Jun 15/07 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 60,483 metric tons (MT) of canola and 29,632 of soybeans during the week ending June 13.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush jumped 36.3%, ending two weeks of falling activity. Soybean crush was up 49.3%, after falling for two weeks.
