No Change in U.S. Durum Forecast
WASHINGTON - Jun 11/07 - SNS -- Production of Durum wheat in Arizona and California is forecast at a collective 16.6 million bushels, unchanged from May 1 but 20% above their 2006 total of 13.8 million bushels, according to the USDA's latest crop production estimates.
Durum wheat in California is progressing normally, with no quality or disease problems. The harvest in Arizona is progressing well.
