Weekly Canadian Crush Sinks
WINNIPEG - Jun 1/07 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 55,634 metric tons (MT) of canola and 27,390 of soybeans during the week ending May 30.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush sank 25.9%, ending three weeks of rising crush. Soybean crush was down 22.3%, ending three weeks of rising activity.
