Few Changes in Birdseeds
VANCOUVER - May 25/07 - SNS -- International birdseed ingredient markets were little changed during the week against light end-user buying interest and reluctant selling by growers.
SunPrairie Grain's Jeremy Burkhart said, "Sunflower and canola prices are at very attractive levels for getting both old crop and new crop priced.
"The markets will be dictated by weather uncertainty and the good/excellent ratings for corn, beans, and wheat, also expect the markets to stay volatile throughout the summer which will provide pricing opportunities."
