Dairy Product Inventories Rise
WASHINGTON - May 22/07 - SNS -- Stocks of dairy products increased in April, according to the USDA's latest report on agricultural products in cold storage.
Supplies of butter jumped 27% from the previous month to 246 million pounds, up 8% from a year ago.
Stocks of cheese rose 1% during the month to around 881.5 million pounds, up 6% from the previous year.
