Weekly Canadian Crush UpWINNIPEG - May 18/07 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 70,910 metric tons (MT) of canola and 31,973 of soybeans during the week ending May 9. The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush rose 11.4%, for a second week after week increase. Soybean crush was up 6.7%, for a second weekly gain.
