Weekly Canadian Crush Rises
WINNIPEG - May 11/07 -- STAT -- The Canadian Oilseed Processors Association (COPA) reports weekly crush in that country totalled 63,675 metric tons (MT) of canola and 29,965 of soybeans during the week ending May 9.
The numbers, as reported to the association by member firms, show canola crush rose 8.3%, after decline for four weeks. Soybean crush jumped 13.4%, after falling last week.
